The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a loft style bedroom, I thought it was very cool. The bathroom featured a large soaking tub, I needed this after my work conference.

The spa area is located in the basement. The changing rooms were quite small and there was little room to sit, I found this inconvenient. I was not given keys for the lockers upon arrival. I feel this should be standard. THE steam room smelled AWFUL and needed a good clean.

we were upgraded to the lansbury club room, it spanned two levels. the bed proved really comfy. the location offered closeness to transportation and a quiet atmosphere allowed us to have a sound sleep. i'd visit again, though maybe not the club room.

the air conditioning seemed substandard and turned off after some time. only a single card was provided, we couldn't keep the room cooling while away since the card was needed for electric supply.

the staff decorated the room nicely for my husband's birthday, really thoughtful. the room was clean and to a good standard, and the hotel location worked well for the event we attended. the hotel seemed immaculate overall and met our needs, so i'd stay again.

the neighborhood isn't very touristy, but that's a slight negative.
